Volunteer for our Auction!

Solicitation Outreach: Includes reaching out to local businesses via email, call, or in-person to inquire about donating to the auction with goods and/or monetarily. This group will be led by Matt Paul and Brittany Mercer.

Parent Outreach: includes reaching out to current and previous parents via email, call, or in-person to inquire about donating to the auction with goods and/or monetarily. This group will be led by Matt Paul and Brittany Mercer.

Decorations Committee: This group will meet on a consistent basis to discuss ideas with Marissa Miller. This group will help facilitate the gathering of decorations.

Set Up Crew: This group will be needed on Friday, May 5th (8am-3pm) and/or Saturday, May 6th (8am-3:30pm) This group will be led by Matt Paul, Brittany Mercer, and Marissa Miller.

Breakdown Crew: This group will be needed on Sunday, May 7th (10am until....) This group will be led by Matt Paul and Michael Reardon.
