COMPLETE YOUR CHILD'S
APPLICATION
and submit a teacher recommendation form

Following your tour, please s submit your child's application through TADS. As part of the application process, please have your child's current teacher complete the appropriate recommendation form:
Pre-K-K teacher recommendation form
1st-6th grade teacher recommendation form

Teacher recommendations should be sent directly to the Admissions Office or Admissions email from the teacher.
After submission, our team will guide you through any additional required materials to complete your child's application file. This may include report cards or other assessments.
STUDENT VISITING DAY

Once an application is received, your child will be invited to spend time at The Meadowbrook School.
This visit allows prospective students to participate in classroom activities and engage with their peers. An Admissions Team member will coordinate scheduling with you.
Visit length varies by grade:
Preschool - Kindergarten:
Half-day (8:30am-12:15pm)
Grades 1st-6th:
Full-day (8:30am-2:30pm)

Students should bring a nut-free snack. Lunch will be provided when applicable.

All applicants Pre-K through 6th Grade will complete a brief academic evaluation.
​
Please note, Early Education students must be potty trained.
ADMISSION & ENROLLMENT DECISION

Following your child's visit, families will be notified of the admissions decision as soon as possible. Formal acceptance letters will be sent accordingly.

Enrollment agreements are distributed electronically through TADS. Families are asked to complete all steps by the provided deadlines.

The Meadowbrook School operates on a rolling admissions basis. Applications are accepted throughout the year as space permits. If a grade level is full, applicants will be placed on a waitlist.
Admissions Age Policy
For Early Education: Your child must be 3 by September 1st for Preschool, 4 by September 1st for Pre-Kindergarten, and 5 by September 1st for Kindergarten. Students must be potty trained.
