New Families

Welcome, New Families!

On behalf of The Meadowbrook School, I would like to extend a warm welcome to your family. We are very happy that you have joined our wonderful community. Go to School Forms, where you can find necessary medical, dental, and emergency contact forms among others.  Please complete and mail to the Meadowbrook Main Office or bring them back to school at the beginning of the year. Please note that Health Forms MUST BE ON FILE by the beginning of school. You may also email any of them to Marissa R. Miller, Director of Admissions.

You can also find a list of Frequently Asked Questions below. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any additional questions. Again, we welcome you and your entire family to The Meadowbrook School!

Sincerely,

Marissa R. Miller, '04
Director of Admissions

FAQs

What day does school start?

School begins on Wednesday, September 8th. You can find our school calendar here.

What are the school hours?

The school day runs from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.

Is there a lunch program?

The lunch program is usually available and is served family-style in our Award-winning dining Commons. Unfortunately, as of now, we are unsure of when the lunch program will begin again. You will be notified if and when that option becomes available.

Where can I buy the school uniform?

You can read about our Dress Code here, order your school uniforms here, or wait for the School Store hours to be posted so that you can purchase your uniform in person. Recycled Uniform Sale will be posted as soon as a date is selected and it will most likely be in August and outside.

How can I get involved as a parent?

There are a number of ways to get involved. You can visit our Parent's of Meadowbrook (POM) page to learn about becoming a room parent or getting involved with parent-run events.

For starters, you are always welcome to stay at Meadowbrook for morning assemblies on Monday's and Friday's, as well as join your child for lunch. Unfortunately, at this time, we are not having whole school assemblies nor lunches in the dining commons.

Where can I find more information about Meadowbrook?

Other than our website, our School Handbook is our next source of information and has all the details you need to know as a new parent.

You will gain access to the School handbook, once you are registered for Sycamore Education after enrollment.

What is Sycamore Education?

Sycamore Education gives you access to your child's report cards, class lists, and class and teacher contact information. This is a password-protected website issued to current parents only and it will be given to you at parent orientation or around the time that school starts. If you have questions about Sycamore Education, please contact Brittany Mercer.
