Welcome, New Families!

On behalf of The Meadowbrook School, I would like to extend a warm welcome to your family. We are very happy that you have joined our wonderful community. Below, please find the link to our School Forms, where you can find necessary medical, dental and emergency contact forms among others. Please complete and mail to the Meadowbrook Maine Office or bring them back to school at the beginning of the year. You can also access to our Summer Portal, where the supply lists and reading/math lists or packets are available for your child’s class.  Please note that Health Forms MUST BE ON FILE by the beginning of school. You may also email any of them to Marissa Rohner. at Mrohner@themeadowbrookschool.org.

FAQs

What day does school start?

School begins on Wednesday, September 4th. You can find our school calendar here.

What are the school hours?

The Meadowbrook school day runs from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. You can drop your child off as early as 7:30 am, and there is an Extended Day program that runs until 6:00 pm. You can sign up for Extended Day here.

Is there a lunch program?

Yes. Every day, The Meadowbrook School offers a nutritional lunch for our students. There is always a meatless-alternative. If you are interested in the lunch program, you can sign up here.

Where can I buy the school uniform?

You can read about our Dress Code here, order your school uniforms here, or wait for the School Store hours to be posted so that you can purchase your uniform in person. Recycled Uniform Sale on August 8th from 4 PM to 7 PM in the Shuttleworth Gymnasium. School Store will also be open during this time. 

How can I get involved as a parent?

There are a number of ways to get involved. For starters, you are always welcome to stay at Meadowbrook for morning assemblies on Monday's and Friday's, as well as join your child for lunch. You can also visit our Parent's of Meadowbrook (POM) page to learn about becoming a room parent or getting involved with parent-run events. 

Where can I find more information about Meadowbrook?

Other than our website, our School Handbook is our next source of information and has all the details you need to know as a new parent. At the very latest you will have access once you are registered for Sycamore Education.

What is Sycamore Education?

Sycamore Education gives you access to your child's report cards, class lists, and class and teacher contact information. This is a password protected website issued to current parents only.
